One of the statements that I can remember from the last lectures in school in the last years of my stay is this: Wash your eyes with clean water.
I am a
Science student. So, it is not unbecoming for me to hear such a thing as it is
one of the instructions that we receive while working in a typical laboratory.
Today,
we are no longer in the university as a result of what is called ‘graduation’
but the whole world has become our classroom with life as our university and with
experience as our teacher, which is the best by the way.
One may
wonder what is the need for adhering to the instructions again since that we
have graduated from the university but in reality, there are situations that
you cannot easily assess if you do not open your eyes well! And by that, you
must pass it through your mindset in order to know what kind of information
that you can accept into your life and also to know what kind of information
that you can reject from gaining access into your life. In so doing, your mind
is a kind of clean water that can determine what comes in and what goes out of
you depending on whether you accept it or not.
When next
you go out, wash your eyes with clean water! Critical issues require that but
not the Bible. Always believe it but others, test!
I now understand.
