I Iave always said that some types of mindsets are not worth carrying because when you come across certain people who do not behave the same way that you do, you begin to wonder if you actually live in the same world with them.
There following are the ways to change your mindset:
1. Evaluate yourself
You should be the one to do this because when someone else does it for you it might sound as an insult. Ever since you started carrying that negative, mediocre and polluted mindset, has anything good come out of it? If your answer to this question is yes then continue but if it is No then you need to have a change of mind.
2. Rebuild your mind
Maybe you have been living on some kind of fetish beliefs or things that do not exist or maybe you have lied to yourself by thinking that you're not going to die one day, my brother, sister you need to have a rethink because the mind can be rebuilt. Do not believe otherwise. Once you are purged of all the falsehoods in your mind, the place becomes empty ! So, you need to fill that vacuum with the facts, truths and realities about life and about all the things that you might have been facing.
3. Share your thoughts
This is a good way to start if you want to change your mom mindset. Do not be afraid to enter into arguments, chances are, the other person knows something that you do not know. So, in the process of conversing, try to fill yourself with new things that are genuine and also transfer knowledge.
The world would be a better place if we all carry the right mindsets.
