HOW TO OVERCOME FEAR

The power of fear can grip somebody in such a way that the person acts sheepishly but then, fear does not exist. 


The following are the 3 possible ways to overcome fear: 


1. Inspire yourself

No matter what it is that you are passing through, there is an antidote to it. Fears can be challenging at times if there is nobody there to motivate you but in this kind of situation, you're in a better position to motivate yourself based on what you know. 


2. Find the facts

There are two sides to a coin. What you fear might not actually happen. Find out the truth about your fears and terminate them from the source. 


3. Be on guard

That is all that I have to say for now, some people tend to fear what does not exist while some begin to neglect somethings and it happens. Be on guard. I am of the school of thought that one should always expect the best and also be prepared for the worst. Don't let the experiences of others to put you into bondage. Practise safety and have a pure mind. 


That is if these are not enough for you then you can find out the truth for yourself. Fear does not exist but it can keep people perpetually tied down if they ascribe to it.
